Page Insights consist of aggregated statistics generated based on specific events logged by Facebook or Instagram servers when people interact with Pages or their associated content. As the Page administrator, we do not have access to the data processed in connection with these events, but only to the aggregated Page Insights.

Facebook Ireland Limited and we have entered into an agreement specifying which of us fulfills which obligations under the GDPR. It is agreed therein that Facebook Ireland is responsible for providing you with information regarding the processing of Page Insights and for enabling you to exercise your rights under the GDPR. Social Media Links via Graphics or Text Links

We also promote our presence on the social networks listed below on our website. This is done by embedding a linked graphic from the respective network. The use of this linked graphic prevents an automatic connection from being established to the respective social network’s server when a website featuring a social media promotion is accessed, in order to display an image from that network itself. Only by clicking on the corresponding graphic is the user redirected to the respective social network’s service.

After the user is redirected, the respective network collects information about the user. It cannot be ruled out that the data collected in this manner may be processed in the United States.

This initially includes data such as the IP address, date, time, and page visited. If the user is logged into their account on the respective social network during this time, the network operator may be able to associate the information collected during the user’s specific visit with the user’s personal account. If the user interacts with a “Share” button from the respective network, this information may be stored in the user’s personal account and, if applicable, published. If the user wishes to prevent the collected information from being directly associated with their user account, they must log out before clicking the button. Additionally, it is possible to configure the respective user account accordingly.

The following social networks can be integrated into our site via links: Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, My Google Business, SoundCloud, Vimeo, YouTube, XING.

Provision of Paid Services

To provide paid services, we request additional data, such as payment information, in order to process your order. We store this data in our systems until the statutory retention periods have expired.

To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g., SSL) via HTTPS.

Contact Form

If you contact us via email or the contact form regarding any questions, you are voluntarily giving us your consent for the purpose of establishing contact. Providing a valid email address is required for this. This address is used to assign your inquiry and to respond to it. Providing additional data is optional. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for any follow-up questions. Once your inquiry has been resolved, personal data will be automatically deleted.
